1957 Chevrolet Nomad Resto Mod

This 1957 Chevy Nomad had it going on and the hammer price was fantastic.

Not everyday you see a Chevrolet Nomad that most would kill for. I almost completely missed this car when I was watching the Mecum auction, maybe thats because I never really had a thing for Nomads. However this Nomad is not just a restoration of your fathers grocery getter. This car has been updated from the ground up and stands as an amazing example to all restomods.

The LS6 engine is a bit dated but is executed nicely with custom fuel rail covers. The engine compartment looks flawless with a good balance of chrome and brushed aluminum.

Hammer Price: $80,000
